I have always loved machines. While other kids played with toys, I watched my father, Mr. Sanjay Singh. His journey started in Gorakhpur driving an auto-rickshaw, and through sheer grit, he rose to become a heavy-duty Volvo truck driver—handling some of the biggest machines on Indian roads.
He once tried to start his own transport company. He had the skill, but he lacked the business guidance, and sadly, that dream fell apart. But dreams don’t expire; they just wait for the right time.
I am Himanshu Singh. Today, I am here to pick up where my father left off. I founded CABTAN to fix the unreliability of Mumbai’s cab service and to prove that a transport business can be run with both heart and efficiency.
A dream needs direction, and for that, I have Mr. Ashish V Mishra. He is not just an investor; he is my mentor and partner who ensures I don’t make the mistakes that stop young entrepreneurs.
Ashish Sir’s story is the definition of “Hustle.” As the son of the Late Vijay Shankar Mishra, a humble security guard, he saw failures and struggles up close. But he didn’t stop. Working day and night, he built himself into a successful Building & Road Contractor. Now, he guides me at every step to ensure CABTAN serves you with integrity.
The name CABTAN is a blend of two words: CAB + CAPTAIN. In Hindi, Kaptan (Captain) is someone who leads and protects. That is exactly what we are.
