What is the difference between Classic and Premium?
Cabtan Classic: Our reliable, standard service. Perfect for daily commutes and budget-friendly travel. Includes a clean car and professional driver.

Cabtan Premium: The luxury experience. Includes newer cars (less than 3 years old), top-rated “Elite” drivers, free Wi-Fi, bottled water, and dedicated Mobile & Laptop charging points.
How far in advance should I book?
We operate primarily on a pre-booking basis. Because our fleet is based in Thane West:
• Pickups inside Thane: We can often provide a cab in under 1 hour.
• Pickups outside Thane/Airport: We strongly recommend booking at least 3 hours in advance to guarantee availability.
Do you provide GST Invoices?
Yes! Cabtan Enterprises is a fully registered company. If you are a corporate client needing a GST invoice for your travel expenses, simply share your GST details with us at the time of booking.
đź’¸ Charges & Cancellations
Are Tolls and Parking included?
No, Tolls are NOT included.
Tolls and Parking are charged at actuals. Whatever amount is deducted at the toll booth or parking lot is added to your final bill. We believe in transparency—we charge exactly what the authority collects from us, nothing extra.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for FREE up to 90 minutes before your pickup time. If you cancel within 90 minutes of the trip, a fee of 50% of the advance amount applies.
No-Shows: If you do not show up, 100% of the advance is forfeited to compensate the driver.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes!
• Classic Bookings: Free rescheduling up to 8 hours before pickup.
• Premium Bookings: Free rescheduling up to 4 hours before pickup.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation. However, depending on your bank’s processing speed, it typically takes 2 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
🛣️ Outstation & Rules
Who pays for the Driver’s Food/Stay?
For Outstation trips involving an overnight stay, a standard Driver Allowance is applicable (Rs. 400/Day).

Note: The customer needs to arrange for the driver’s stay if the driver is staying overnight with them.
Is Smoking or Drinking allowed?
Strictly No. As per Indian Law and Cabtan policy, consuming alcohol or smoking inside the cab is prohibited. Our drivers have the authority to refuse the ride if a passenger is intoxicated or abusive.

How much luggage fits in the car?
  • Cabtan Lite (Sedan): 2 Medium Suitcases + Small bags.
  • Cabtan Comfort (SUV): 3 Big Suitcases + Small bags.
  • Cabtan Prime (Innova): Flexible space (up to 4 Big Suitcases).
Is the cab safe for late-night travel?
Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. Every Cabtan car is equipped with live GPS tracking. Premium cars also feature dual-lens Dashcams (Front & Rear recording). Your ride is monitored by our office in Thane.
